RECare is a voluntary energy assistance program available to help low-income families to weatherize and heat their homes.  Funds collected are distributed by the local community action agency.  The funds collected go to families in need in the area – it is a program of members helping members.  Contributions are tax deductible.  Click here to register for this program.  You may cancel the program by writing or contacting our office.
